    I’m not saying you would. It was simply an example of what X gets you in NI v Eire.

    I know of a few people who work in the south and live in NI. It’s mostly in the 30-45minute commuting bracket but I also know a hospital consultant who lives in Belfast and works in Dublin. Irish hospital consultant earnings go a very long way in Belfast.

    That house in N.I is not for me neighbours seem like they are on top of you. Considering the price. I would prefer someplace with more privacy.

    I kind of like it, but the herringbone floors (which I usually like) do not seem to 'go' with the house. Polished concrete would be better I think. Not much to the kitchen either. I definitely like it though, has potential, outside is nice

    Don't forget in NI you have to factor in monthly council rates which can be really be high for bigger houses.
