Would anyone know what "Audio Message" means and how to remove from the alarm panel?

Hi Phil A, welcome to Boards. I've moved your thread over to the Home Security Systems forum where people may be better able to help.

Thanks I now know it is the key fob battery needs replacing, I have done so but it is not clearing the flashing lights on the panel. It still states the battery needs replacing, but i have checked the voltage in the battery and it is well over 3V. So anyone know how to clear the low battery for a key fob that is working fine?

It is probaly referring to the panel battery also.
You may need the engineer code to clear this as it is set by a timer in the panel.
