Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Frozen shoulder

Hi.. Can anyone tell me their experience with a frozen shoulder? I'm in agony. I received simple exercises from physio.. As simple as they are, are impossible! I'm using magnesium gel, taking tumeric and Omega 3. Trying not to take Ibuprofen as I don't think it's actually doing anything. The pain and lack of movement has stopped me from being active and the weight is creeping on. Any advice or others experience would be so appreciated. Has any one tried eating low carb?

    Hi Yank67,
You're better off asking your GP for medical advice.
    Thanks,
