Hi.. Can anyone tell me their experience with a frozen shoulder? I'm in agony. I received simple exercises from physio.. As simple as they are, are impossible! The pain and lack of movement has stopped me from being active and the weight is creeping on. Any advice or others experience would be so appreciated. Has any one tried eating low carb?
