    Pamela Flood will be discussing her new show Healthy Appetite and how she deals with internet trolls.

    Mary Nolan Hickey will be discussing her experience of running the coast of Ireland to raise money for the RNLI

    Music comes from X-Factor finalists Conor and Séan Price.
