Help! Problem after installing RAM

Hi, I tried upgrading my Ram from 2 to 4gb. My computer wasnt responding. I removed the new 2gb stick I installed and now I am getting this message https://ibb.co/ksGyAS What should I do?

Do you have the model numbers or pictures of the RAM (old and new)?
Is this for a laptop or desktop?
How old is the computer?
Where was it bought?

Are you running 32 or 64 bit windows ?, the 32bit version wont support more then 3.25GB of ram, not a big issue on modern machines but some older machines can act weird if you go over the limit.
