    Hi, how are ye. I've been working out a while and have decided to start a log, I have a home gym with limited equipment but i'm going to make the most of it. My goals are simply to get bigger and stronger.

    Stats: 6'0

    Weight:170lbs

    Equipment
    Pull up bar
    Suspension trainer
    Dip station with rings
    Random assorted weights

    Forgot about this log but i'm going to try and be more consistent with logging.

    Ate a load of junk food so wasn't feeling great but it's better than nothing.
