Cardio while gaining weight

I am trying to add a few lbs of muscle on and I am wondering how much cardio is enough to tick by?

I am currently doing up to 60 mins of cardio a day on the cross trainer as I find it a great way of detoxing while trying to gain weight as I find myself heavy and bloated after eating from the day before

    Any advice?

    Detoxing from what exactly?

Nothing wrong with doing cardio while trying to put on weight? Just ensure to take in enough calories to cover it. Do you lift weights or do any resistance exercise also?

    Cross trainer to detox?.

And you're heavy & bloated after eating the day before?.

I'd say sort out your diet before anything else first. I can't imagine what you must be putting into yourself to cause this.
