Irish Crypto Broker & Regulatory Query

    Hi All.

I am an active trader within the crypto market and was involved in the stock market for 4 years prior transition.

A business associate and I are on a venture here in Ireland and would like some of you folk to shed light on regulations and laws within Ireland with regards to Crypto.

    Our business:

"To provide an intermediary service between exchanges & customers in which we buy and sell crypto on behalf of customers"

Basically, we will be a broker for those who are not technologically savoy. Given that exchanges are not the simplest to use apart from Coinbase, we will provide a service that makes it very easy for those who wish to invest but find the process daunting.

Our problem is finding enough legal information. Should we establish as a broker and meet all guide lines set out by central bank / Irish stock exchange?

Will we be regulated by the Central Bank?

Is there another angle to come at given the market in question?

Anyone with relative information or feels the information they have will be useful, please do provide.
