I personally just have s shower at home as the gym only had one shower and I only live a short drive from the gym. Anyone else, what do you do?

Used to do this before when the gym I went to had a manky changing area. It was literally across the road from me so it was very convenient, I used to just grab my bag and shower at home.

I changed gyms because the place was always overcrowded and had a clique of burly lads surrounding all the squat racks and benches morning noon and night.

The place I go to now is a nice hotel, quieter and with much better facilities so I shower there. It’s a bit of a drive but a much better experience overall.

    At the Gym.

You’ll just make car seat all manky and sweaty which will transfer to your post shower clothes when you next leave your house

Any other forums you think it might fit in? Farming & forestry? Soccer? Personal issues?
