Do bcaa's affect blood test results

    Hi, I have a fasted blood test appointment and usually train 6 am so was gone do my workout as usual but normally have plain Bcaa with water, should I give them a miss? Thanks

    Just give them a miss. Not sure they'd affect anything, in a general sense, but if there's a risk they might affect results, skip 'em.
