    I'm pretty overweight and need to lose the man boobs and belly while gain muscle too. I have a weight bench with dumbells and barbell. And a threadmill. Would that be suitable for my workouts ? Or would a gym be better? I'm 5ft7 and 19stone

    Sort out your diet first (no mention), that's the key thing, after that think about stuff like cardio and resistance training, a combination of both will bting results but it all depends on what you're eating.
