Hi Team, When I switched over to Eir I was told I was given the closer offer of 100 euro to make the switch. Ive just got termination bill from Imagine and I wanted to know how I claim my 100 euro closer offer?

Hi whitelightrider,

In order to claim this back you would be required to send your eir account details along with a copy of your final bill from imagine to cancellationcloseroffer@eir.ie.

The credit will then be applied to your eir account.
