Best Smart TV (or VESA screen) connected to a Keyboard and mouse ?

Would like to get a big Computer screen and connect it to my Laptop but they are very expensive after 27 + inch. After that I dont see any VESA mounted ones .. What the best out there pref VESA as I would like to mount it on a wall OR Can I get a TV and use that but only connected to a Laptop ?

Yes you can. HDMI out on your laptop will do the job. 4k tv best but you may only get 30 frame per sec. Depending how old you laptop is.
