Looking for a product similar to Neosporin

I don't think Neosporin can be bought in Ireland but there's a similar cream sold in the UK called Brulidine. Anyone know if that can be bought here? Looking for a cream that is both antibiotic and antibacterial.

I'm almost certain you won't get a product with antibiotics in it over the counter. Closest alternative I can think of is antiseptic creams like Savlon.
