Changed bill, number no longer active on EIR site?

    Hi,

    I changed by Eir bill last month and when I go on to the eir.ie site now to view my usage I can still log in with my old details but now it tells me my  "This number is no longer active". Any fix for this please?

    Hi Everyone,
    I have very similar situation.
    Changed my plan recently, my bills are coming like -€5.00 (minus five)??
    then tonight Ive got a txt message saying im around 80% of data allowance used.
    So I decided to log into my eir website to check whats going on, and then message:
    This number is no longer active.
    Can you sort this out for me please?
