    Go get a solicitor.

    If they can walk and chew gum at the same time they will win this case.

    Pregnancy and Employment law ? It's like a nuclear bomb waiting to go off in a company if you are not real careful, and this is a prime example in my view.

    I can only agree to what everyone else has said. Also this has gone far beyond simply making up time for appointments. They are denigrating you at every opportunity not just on leave but every aspect of work. This will not be fixed on your return. Is there any union in the company even the new one that taken over.

    Sounds like aggressive constructive dismissal.
