How long for port?

Hi folks,
Signed up this afternoon in eir shop. Porting three numbers to one account. Was told eir port over the weekend so would take max couple of hours. Nothing yet. I wonder when will the numbers port?
Was hoping there wouldn't be follow up calls required but have feeling I might have been a bit optimistic.

The standard timeframe on a port order is 24 hours however if you do this over a weekend it will take longer as it working days. This should be done for you by tomorrow.

The standard timeframe on a port order is 24 hours however if you do this over a weekend it will take longer as it working days. This should be done for you by tomorrow.

Thanks Tracey, the shop assistant must have been misinformed then? Two of the numbers ported yesterday but no sign of my own number to port yet. Can you take a look?

Still no sign of port...

I'm sorry to hear this Mick. 

The best advice I can offer would be to go back into the store to query this and see what the issue is or alternatively you can contact our customer care team on 1901 and they can assist you there.
