Ogbonna -> Schindler and Sterling -> Mahrez worked well, though I know if Sterling starts he could easily matched Riyad's haul.

Mahrez was successfully tackled 5 times. Iborra wasn't once. Mahrez hit two shots off target. Iborra didn't. That's what killed him.
