Can I setup File Manager of HTC Desire 650?

    I'm just setting up my new HTC Desire 650.

    On my previous HTC Desire 530 I was able to create a home screen shortcut to access File Manager. There doesn't seem to be that option on the 650, is that correct?

    I found how to view folder etc by going to Settings-Storage-Explore. But I don't seem to be able to create folders etc. I presume if I get a memory I would be able to create folders on that.
