HKC Securewatch entry beep and time

    Hi, I just moved into a house that has HKC Securewatch alarm installed. When I active the full set (0#4) I get 30 seconds timer to leave which beeps for the 30 second countdown. When I then return home and open the front door- there is no beep or countdown timer and the alarm activates within seconds.

    Can someone tell me how to add an entry time and beep?

    I have the engineers code too

    Open the front door & type in O#5
    Does is show front door open?

    Thanks very much for your reply. I just tried that and it says: open zones Z5 pir hall.

    The front door is zone 1

    Is there a contact on zone 1?
    If so open it and disconnect it to see if zone one opens.
