    Hi Everyone,

I injured my ankle 10 months ago and want to get back into my jump rope and hiit workouts. I'm just looking for advice on the best trainers to use for my indoor workouts. I was wearing basic asics running shoes before but obviously now I want to make sure I'm using the correct trainer but ones that are a reasonable price. Any suggestions?

Probably something with a bit of padding and ankle support. Asics would be up there imo.
    Maybe get a gait analysis

I used to run 20k 3 times a week in ASICS.
I got addidas for a present and they fell apart. Nike fell apart then. Still have that pair of ASICS but don’t run as much.

Asics GT2000. Get them online, save at least 30 quid if not more.
