    Amazon has bought Ring:

That is just three months after they also bought Blink! And of course they also have their own camera product.

The concern will be if Ring products will continue to be integrated with Amazon competitors like Google Home, Homekit, etc.

Will be interesting to see if they continue both Ring and Blinks products given that there is so much overlap (both have new planned home security systems).

Hopefully Ring will continue with their camera products as I own 4 of them! (Doorbell Pro, Floodlight Cam and 2 Spotlight Cam Mounts). They can be a bit buggy at times but they are improving things with firmware/servers.

I'd assume they will. At least I'd expect server issues to get sorted. Amazon are the undisputed leaders in cloud servers, AWS. Half the internet runs on their servers (Netflix, reddit, dropbox till recently, etc.).
