A few of my friends live in this area and really like it. A couple of them had been hoping to buy in wicklow hills as prices on previous phases were reasonable, however there doesnt seem to be much info about when new ones will be released. They have since bought in rockfield a new build estate nearby, phase 2 is due to be released soon.
