a friend of mine was offered a job at 8.30 an hour . no experience and is 26 always worked cash in hand she refused the job. keeps telling me she is entitled to 9.55 an hour. from my understanding the job offer was a perfectly fine one because she has never worked on the books. am I right or wrong ?
