    Have a family member in the trades willing to complete an extension to the rear of current house so that will save a few pounds on many fronts plus his fellow trades to help (insurance etc. sorted)

    Looking for best way to get arch/structural plans/certs etc. drawn up beforehand without it costing a fortune..

    He doesn't typically do full extensions, usually more internal works so doesn't have a contact for the drawings/certs. We pretty much know what we want from looking online at similar style houses. No planning required.

    Any recommendations by PM. In Dublin.
