I am on the Simplicity plan and want to the facility for callers to leave a message. But i keep being told I do not have enough credit to do this. Is this not a free facility with Eir?

Thanks for contacting us here.

The voicemail service is not a free service on a PrePay account I'm afraid, you would need to have credit to do this.
