Yep...they've decided to stay behind the couch. David McSavage is on! :D

Katie Price will join Ray to talk about her visit to the UK Parliament this week where she urged MPs to make online abuse a specific criminal offence.

GAA legends Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh and Seán Óg Ó hAilpín will join Ray for their first television interview together.

Controversial comedian David McSavage will chat to Ray about his new show ‘A Terrible Want’ and his interesting career to date.

A Waterford bullock called Ray D’Arcy will join his namesake.

And Ray will also surprise someone live in studio in a new segment called ‘Make Someone Happy’!

    Tonight, 10.05pm!

Hope McSavage causes a scene calls him out for the sham that he is

I read a book by Bill Bryson recently where he came across one of Katie Price's books in a waiting room somewhere. I must root it out and see what he said about it

McSavage interview should be as uncomfortable and awkward as usual, i'd imagine. Especially with Yeah Yeah Right asking the questions.

"We surprise somebody in the audience and make someone happy"

Presumably by getting them a taxi out of the place after David McSavage has been on.

    Evening all :)

Y'know...as much stick as we give out about Tubs each week, I say he did a good job last night. I know I wouldn't be able to handle 200 drinky types hooting and a hollerin' on live tv.

And now...let the car crash continue :D

So Sean Og, you play Hurling. Do you not think these dangerous sports should be banned?

Did you eat much porridge growing up in Fiji?

Eh, Micheal, you're well over 80 now. Fancy a push up challenge?

Evening all, Katie Price will be one steed he will need to be careful with or she could throw a wobbler.

The goodie bag doesn't look very good.

    And now, let's move on.

Murphys Micro Quiz-M had a better Goodie Bag than that pile of shlte.

And in fairness to Tubs, he starts his show at 9.35pm.

I dozed off waiting for Lazy Ray to start.

Does the bullock know how to press the right buttons in a radio studio?

Proper mans man sideburns, olden days fella, his arms look like they were hand carved from a 100 year old oak tree.

Who'd make a better presenter cow Ray or human Ray? Evening all.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,022 ✭✭✭anthonyjmaher

Maybe he could rescue the radio figures. He certainly wouldn't miss the buttons as often as the human Ray D'Arcy.

Sonebody tell me why they have to feature fkin cows and other livestock on Irish chatshows. Why are they trying to make this country look so twee?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,882 ✭✭✭✭Rock Lesnar

Ray D'arcy certainly certainly looks relaxed and comfortable on television

I would only do that TV link thing to my house if the minimum prize was €6 million.

Jordan would have enjoyed last nights show ... I dare say she would have given better sex advice than Philomena Begley

Micheal and Sean Og could have a far better conversation without Ray

I know there should be some fadas in that sentence, but I couldn't be arsed.

He's 87, how come RTE didn't retire him like they are doing Michael Lyster?

It's a toss up whether the tubridy show thread or the liveline thread or the d'arcy thread is the funniest thread in the entire world! Keep it up, guys!

Ray should go home & let Micheal at it!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,059 ✭✭✭Icsics

Good lad Micheal, keep D'arcy out of it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

Ray, just keep quiet for the next ten minutes and let them talk. We really don't need your input here.

    Do Bullocks eat porridge?

    Genuine question.

Yes they would if you offered it to them.

They would also eat bananas...not that you asked :D

Putting the cow behind the couch eating grass nodding its head would make a better interview

Michael with his back to Ray. Nice one.

He's 87, how come RTE didn't retire him like they are doing Michael Lyster?

Lyster choose to go because of health reasons, he almost died a couple of years ago. MMicheal was still doing a top job up until he retired voluntarily. He was always happy doing radio and never had a hankeing to do TV, even though he was often asked.

Listening to Michael when i was child every sunday, he had the ability to paint pictures in your mind of what was happening, brilliant commentator and love listening to him

It’s set up badly. Production team needs to ensure seating arrangement is such that this can’t happen.
