If you have a deficiency, they can be prescribed and administered by a GP.

I’m guessing you don’t have a deficiency, though.

You aren't going to be prescribed TRT unless you need it. Speak to your doctor if you are concerned about something.

Surely your GP would be your first port of call, not a fitness forum.

And thankfully by asking the question on here- I was given the correct advice to attend a GP

5 things most lads wont do that will massively improve natural testosterone production rather than thinking they need TRT or steroids

    1. get enough sleep, like 8hrs and no phone 60mins before bed
    2. weight train - properly, not spend half the session on your phone, training or texting?
    3. Sort your diet out - especially on the weekends and alcohol intake also
    4. Get outside for vit D production
    5. Manage stress - inside and outside of work, importance of community/friends and not layering on more stress by stressing about points 1-4
