    Did that too.

I think a few people got round IBAN issue by entering it on the webpage rather than app.

Apparently Maingau are absorbing the price increase in order to keep a flat rate across all their networks....I wonder how long that can last

Was there a field for the sort code too? I couldn't get it to work on the app but website accepted it. there was no sort code field on the app but there was on the website.

Only an IBAN and BIC field, no sort code. Now trying to change any of that and I get a "server error". Either their servers are having trouble right now or my account has broken them.

Good to know, but if you have a smaller battery or just don't want to hang around the EinfachStromLaden app is very handy. There is a use case for both of them.

It was me who made people aware of Maingau in the first place :pac:

If you are loading over 20 kWh in Ireland it's worth it. If you are loading less than that then Maingau for sure.

    I have 4 cards now:
    Maingau
    Chargepoint
    Plugsurfing
    Stadtwerke Dusseldorf

I think I must have around 10 apps for different countries (Czech Republic/France/Belgium/Germany)

I'll always do a quick calculation to see which one is the cheapest.

Sorry my bad, it was BIC I was thinking of not sort code! Maybe their website is just having issues at the mo going by that?

I had to use the website, the app wouldn't work for me, and I put my post code in as 4 zeros. Might be worth a try!

Update: Tried again online and it took the IBAN! Also got my card in the post. Haven't tried to charge yet but in principle ready to.

Have they even begun the south installation ?

The North Installation seems to be taking forever.

Just tested it there in cashel and had no issues,
    Click start on screen.
    Plug in vehicle.
Select charger number in the EinfachStromLaden app.
    Receive voltage :)

And no issues on the way back either.

Although one ICE Audi A4 and one ICE Hyundai in the spots though.
Little to no parking elsewhere so they think this is overflow?

There are regular instances of ICE cars parking there. Last two times I was there on both occasions it was the same, 2 spaces taken each time.

Doesnt like they have enough parking even with this car park that they added on a few years ago.

When I was there last June all 4 spaces were ICEd.

Have they put up any signage since then to indicate that they're EV charging spaces? Or have the spaces been painted?

Thought they were painted. I'll take note tomorrow when I pass through.. though if the ecars spot is available I'll likely use that. Closer to the entrance, marginally cheaper, and given my battery size, the time spent charging Vs ionity is only a few minutes.

Last I was there (possibly October) they were digging up 3-4 spaces, putting in some construction of some sort. Curious to see what they've done since.

    Prices were :
    9.85kWh , 18 mins 42 seconds , €3.94
    41.48kWh , 39 mins 07 seconds , €16.59

I am sure the ChaDeMo users will thank you that you kept Ionity free....

so what would the average ChaDeMo user be more annoying with if they rolled into a FCP triple head 50 meters from an Ionity hub and found it occupied with
    a.) CCS
    b.) Phev

Not too bad. 45c/kWh is the cut off for me, otherwise my hybrid is cheaper.

    Irrelevant. First come first served.
If they have an issue they should buy a CCS car.

Wouldn't know, there were none there in the 25 minutes I was there eating some lunch and watching out for any leafs which may need to charge.

I'd like to think if a leaf pulled up shortly after I started charging that I'd switch over to ionity, though the opportunity for such heroism has never presented itself, so I'm not sure how I'd actually act. If I'm 5-10 minutes from finishing, I'd just let em wait.

I had similar the other day on Charge Point 1, on way back on Charge point 2 i got 140kw/h
    No other cars were there.
They must have had the dishwashers on inside.

TM3 rate of charge in Ireland this time of year won't be fast. Its optimum battery temp for charging needs to be circa 35 to 45 degrees. The lack of a heat pump which works very well at average Irish winter temps hits the ROC also. During the warm summer you'll notice a big difference. Fingers crossed we'll get one. If only we could enjoy lovely sou cal weather where Tesla is king.

As said that is an Ionity issue not a Tesla issue. At 9 % you should be 100+ at least.
