As the title suggests, is there a uni-slim thread like the slimming world one on boards? Basically OH is joining, and whats to figure out a few things like yum's in Miso Paste/Garlic Ginger Paste etc

Hi there, OH will get the new updated plan when they join. Yums are now called Bites.

The bites in those pastes would depend if there was an oil in them or not. But usually these things would be counted as a free food on plan in moderation
