[font=arial, sans-serif]I signed up to an Eir fibre bundle in which there is a cashback offer. [/font]

[font=arial, sans-serif]I received an email back to say that our account was not on their latest file and that it could be included in the future file. [/font]

[font=arial, sans-serif]How to I proceed further to claim my cashback? [/font]
