Very very fine snow falling in Waterford city almost like fine ice crystals. slight dusting on car.

According to my car temp it's 0 degrees out there- there being Kilkenny town. There was no ice on my windscreen until I used my windscreen washer which was running freely but when I turned on the wipers it spread and froze all over the window. [/technical data]
