I think in general the first half was excellent but it went downhill unfortunately but well worth a watch. I agree about that bit!

I liked the style too, no need for big jump scares like in a James Waan film - which I was constantly expecting, but the tension - even in bright daylight scenes was good.

Looking forward to seeing Midsommar too ....
