Daily Protein supplement advice

    Hi all,
    Every morning for breakfast I have the following smoothie:
    1 banana
    2 handfuls of spinach
    Two t/sp of chia seeds
    Small squeeze of honey
    Scoop of protein
    250ml almond milk

    I’m looking for feedback on the benefits of this as it sees me through until lunch time.
    Also can anyone suggest a place online to get a better price on the protein supplement.

    HI goals are pretty much having a healthy breakfast that will keep me going until lunchtime that I can have on my commute driving for an over an hour to work. Im just wondering what the benefits and possible negatives may be from the smoothie. I have been taking it for over a year now but just wondering if its a waste of time.

    Its kind of impossible to assess something in isolation.

    It could be a magnificent smoothie with a good profile of every micronutrient that exists but if you're eating poorly across the rest of the day, then the quality of the smoothie is largely irrelevant.
