There are very few surgeons who specialise in hands. And is even harder to find a paediatric one. Kieran O'Shea is an ortho who does a lot of hand work but I dint know if he weekend with children. Failing him Paula Kelly and Conor Green are both paediatric orthopedic surgeons.

Philip Grieve is excellent - not sure if he treats children however.

Colin riordan performed a tendon repair in my hand/finger. Seems to have done a really good job. And there is a great therapist working with him too for follow up treatment. I would recommend him.
