Roads Condition

Is there a particular reason as to why there is absolutely NO upkeep on the roads in the locality? The main street, particularly near the Brereton Carpets end is like something out of Basra.. The road then continues up past the rugby club and again, huge potholes, particularly approaching the Killincarraig zebra…
