    has anybody signed up the 90 day plan.does it actually work?
    I am currently 66kg...45 years of age..i need to put on some weight

    You'd be better off downloading MyFitnessPal, track what you eat and then look at increasing the number of calories you eat.

    There's less involved that you'd have with any 90 minute plan that will be a tarted up version of 'eat more food'.

    whats your height?

    any program that doesnt have at its center getting you more mobile and stronger is a limited approach

    HIIT is NOT an optimal way to gain muscle as there's not enough focus on pure strength work
