Laptop - Line down centre of screen

    Hi
    I have a thin narrow line running down about w/3rds of my screen.
    It only appeared today.

    Does anyone know why it happened and how to remove / fix it.

    Screen is finished.

    Getting a hit or picking up at top of screen or a pinch etc.

    Screens fail also.

    Easy enough fix new screen and a Philips screwdriver..

    Look up eBay etc for replacement screen and insert model and size.
