Registering as carer employer in myAccount?

I will be employing a carer to look after a relative so need to set myself up as an employer.

I understand this can be done via myAccount from the Revenue but can't find any relevant links or help once logged in.

    Has anyone done this?

Or does it have to be via the RoS system?

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure of the answer op.. but cleaners and carers may be considered self-employed. It can be beneficial to them as their expenses are tax deductible. Don't rush to register someone as an employee if you can avoid it.
edit: ok you've probably done your homework more than I did! I see its tax deductible which may not be the case for contractors that aren't agencies.
    As you were.
