Christy Dignam and Billy McGuinness out of Aslan are on to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of Aslan's Seminal Album 'Feel No Shame'. Sure why not? They will be playing some tracks and it says here Christy will be doing a version of Under Pressure with his Daughter Kiera, which will be released as a single soon. "The plan is to immediately release the new song, 'Under Pressure', after the show" said a usually reliable source. Scoop of the Century, there.


Your Friday Night would not be complete without Barry Cummins from Prime Time and Families of Missing People talking about their struggles. That's the kind of billing you only get on an RTE TalkShow. Someone who loves yoghurt is Three Time Golf Major Winner Padraig Harrington. Padraig lives locally and I suspect they just ring him anytime they are short and he's not away golfing. He gave a very good extended interview on Newstalk recently, which will be far better than tonight's effort.


If I asked you to name famous Irish sisters I reckon most people would need several hundred guesses before they said Theresa Lowe and Joan Freeman. Theresa used to present Where In The World? and is now a Barrister and is married to your man who used to play the piano when Gay ran this show. Joan is the founder of Mental Health and Suicide Charity Pieta House. Because Missing People isn't enough to keep you going on a cold dark January night.


Former Tanaiste Singer Mary Coughlan will be on and she will sing, probably. RTE will be hoping she doesn't defame anyone like when she said untruths about Former Tanaiste Mary Harney on Newstalk and cost them lots of money.
