    Anyone ever hear of smovey rings and if so what are your thoughts

    Yep. Pointless gimmick. If you've spare cash to get rid of and attic space that need a gimmick to fill it, go for it! Smovey rings will go lovely beside the auld shake weight!

    I read the 'Science and benefits' section on the website and the answer to 'what are the benefits?' is "completely made up".

Normally there are stagnations of the Qi due to wrong posture during the day."

    Seems legit...my Qi stagnates a lot
