Creatine and Male Pattern Baldness

    Hi

I've been advised by my PT to start taking Creatine but i've seen some articles linking creatine to male pattern baldness.

I'm 24 and have a full head of hair but my Dad's side are all balding. I may well go bald in the future but I really don't want to speed up the process.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks

Little evidence to suggest there's a link but if it worries you, don't take it.

That said, genetics is going to have more of an impact than creatine.

Wouldnt worry about it,know people who have been taken it for years without any side effects.
