    well hello all and a happy new year .
    well it won,t be long now till the new season begins again . would it be wise to have my 45 hp honda serviced again this year seeming i had it fully serviced last year with new plugs new stermastate . do i need to have it serviced every year .

    They recommend every 100 hours or about 2 years but as with all outboards they need checking all year round like the electrical connections fuel filter and gear oil.

    well fergal to be honest i never got much boating in last year . because it was overheating and it turned out that the thermostate was stuck in the closed position so i had the whole outboard serviced top to bottom . so i think i should be okay for this season . what you think ?
