if you are on a calorie deficit in order to lose bodyfat how quickly does cardio speed up the progress?

Also how important is water in a cut. I know im not drinking enough in the day but its just not possible in the work environment that im in as I cant be popping to the toilet willy nilly (plus i think i need the toilet more than others due already). I actually drink very little fluids at work as Im already conscious of this. Hence my water intake would be poor for the day.

Cardio burns energy. Which increases your deficit (if your intake is the same), which increases rate of fat loss.

As for how much faster. That's really a how long is a piece of string question.

means you dont have to makes yourself even more miserable by cutting back to a lower level of calorie deficit

Steady state, medium heart rate, little cost on recoverability ftw

plus its makes you actually feel fit rather than people looking lean and have the appearance of fitness yet are teetering on the edge of insanity and insanity
