Is there any way to claim these? I just see them sitting there and can’t use them... why click 100% if it’s not selling 100%?

You can trade some of them into BNB (their own coin) and use that to finance trades. Then you can trade away keeping full coins. It's called dust and it's a problem with BNB, their solution is to add more and more coins to the BNB pair.
