chrome browser on android phone US ip

When i use chrome browser on android phone it gets an ip in the US. I am going through my wi fi. Is this because i am going through their server. i am not logged into google or gmail. Can i get a firefox browser for andoid that will give my own ip like my tablet

Turn off the "Data Saver" in settings of chrome!
