Looking to get in shape and get my health back on track

So at the moment I way 100 kg at 5 ft 10 inches. I know im overweight and id like to get down to around 13 stone, Iv'e been really feeling it the past few months, out of breath way to easily, sweating a lot and clothes not fitting etc...

I'm changing my lifestyle completely, I don't drink anymore and am switching to a more plant based type diet. I've started doing two 30 minute walks a day, one fasted in the morning and another in the evening with the dog, Id also like to fit in some form of resistance training too, what would be the best approach?

I don't really have access to a gym, would calisthenics be of any use? if not what would be my best option in terms of resistance training? My goal is to lose fat and keep or gain a little muscle, im not looking to get bodybuilder style muscles just looking for a nice well balanced healthy physique, end goal maybe being something like a footballer or something.

    Any help?

What's your nutrition like, what's a typical days eating?

Calisthenics definitely good if you think it's something you'll stick to doing consistently.
