    Hi! I've been trying some exercise for fat burning but my back fat is still there! What is the best exercise that you can recommend for my problem? This back fat is making me uncomfortable. Thank you for your help!

    You can’t spot reduce fat from a specific area, unless that area is the kitchen.

    i.e. its going to come off everywhere and keep your nutrition on track and train properly to help with the goal.

    would help if you posted current weight, height age and program you're using?
