12 from 4. I’m another one shafted by the Ward injury, guy 20 points behind me had Pope and Long!

Already have 3 injuries with 9 lads left to play. Will be fun getting a team out for the weekend!

Salah a doubt now with morning papers saying he may be rested after being brought off against Everton with a tightness in a hamstring.

    Christmas work do tonight.

If you hear about some ejit slobbering on about Barnsley clean sheets but no Ben Mee while massacring a kebab outside zayton on Camden St tonight, it wasn't me.

Zaytoon on Parliament as it happenes. ****s about to kick off.

    Dear Santa
Please let Kane get a hat trick tonight . I’d also like a suprise (Bavies start and clean sheet)

I’ve been a good boy all year apart from the week I captained Chicharito

    Love

So I only dropped 100k last night so it's all about tonight. This will make or break my season.

    Inhale...

Coutinho, Firminho, Salah, Otamendi, Kane (c), Fabianski and DCL to go.

Anyone with a Liverpool jersey I can borrow?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,963 ✭✭✭Trimm Trabb

18 with De Gea, Francis, Sane, Salah and Kane (c) to go - olenty to play for tonight but bang average is the aim I think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,647 ✭✭✭Cartman78

    12(-4) from 5

Not good at all at all at all.....Salah likely no-show means Crouch comes off the bench with 2.

I basically need Bournemouth to perform some sort of Daniels-Surman inspired miracle at Old Trafford, and Captain Coutinho to go ballistic against WBA

12 from 2. Not a bad start. Played the free hit this week so hoping it come off as I badly need this week, been having a couple of stinkers after a nice surge.

All on Liverpool, United & City tonight. A couple of Pascal Gross goals to top it off :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 36,140 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

22 takes me from 115k to 66k. Far bigger jump than I suspected.

I need Kane (c) Sané, Vardy and DCL to do well tonight if possible or else I'll definitely fall back as the rest of my players are highly owned by those around me.

A surprise Gomez start and cleanie would go a long way too, but not banking on that at all. Maguire will probably be needed off the bench.

Captaincies around me seem split between Salah and Kane. The odd Morata (c), Salah (vc) too.

I didn't forget that there was a gameweek starting last night, as I had finalised my team monday night. However, I did forget about it all yesterday, until about 6pm lastnight, when I had no chance to do anything about it, not that I would have changed anything.

    :D

So far on 7 pts from 2, see me drop slightly, with 1 pt to come off bench from Choupos Cameo.

Kudos to the guy from Monglia who played his Bench Boost last night, entire squad involved in three matches, shame about the 52 points it cost him though.

10 points actually gave me a tiny green. Pity I'm screwed tonight though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 516 ✭✭✭Missing Links

Pope will still get save points and is the best option.

    No Pontiffication there ;)

I really hope you're coddin' us. I made him my captain. This ****ing game

I'd like to formally apologise to Ben Mee, things were said, accusations were made, lewd comments were written on the wall of a toilet cube in a temple bar pub..

    Time to move on.

Nope, it's very legit. As we were coming towards the deadline, a few rumors (only rumours) were going around that he may be nursing a slight injury. Klopp has confirmed that he had a slight issue.

I honestly think there is 0% chance he starts tonight - freezing cold, a game they should win, plenty cover for Salah. No way they are risking his hamstring unless it is 100% ok and I don't think it is.

aaaaaaah **** I just checked my team and I made Hazard my vice.. FML

I'd be stunned if Salah starts.

He's a slight injury, is our main goalscorer, against a team we *should* beat. Plus, Klopp is mental for a bit of rotation anyway, and is on record as saying it is absolutely necessary to rotate.

Kane could start every league game for Spurs until New Year.
Hazard could start every league game for Chelsea.
    Lukaku for Utd.
    Sanchez and Ozil for Arsenal.

But it won't be happening at Liverpool. He will rest everyone.

    Spot on imho.

Klopp learned a very harsh lesson last year around the festive fixtures.

Liverpool were going well iirc but had basically the same XI every week - then the injuries, loss of form etc kicked in after New Year so he seems very very intent to avoid that happening again.

3 points may be better than a few other options!

Anyine with Christensen cleaned up last night. Subbed off after 79min with 6 points.

@AndyNaylorArgus: Hughton plans changes for Tottenham test http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/15762029.Hughton_plans_changes_for_Tottenham_test/?ref=twtrec #bhafc

Sounds to me like he is writing this game off ahead of more winnable ones

Ye 100% big game against Burnley sat. Can't see Murray starting.

Other teams have gone to Spurs and gotten results. Would be a bad attitude if this were true which I don't think it is. He's probably going to start a couple more defensive players and someone with good pair of legs still in them to run around up top.

As long as Spurs start Kane, which I can't imagine they won't, then this sounds very promising.

    Quick predictions.

    Salah out altogether.
    Gomez bench.
    Kane starts.
    Son bench.
    Sané bench.
    Jesus, Sterling and Aguero start.
    Lukaku starts.
    Jones starts.

Silva bench. Agree it will be one of sterling and sane with Jesus and aguero. I'll throw in a Juan mata to start aswell.

I think Sterling will be rested and Son and Lamela will start for Spurs. One of Eriksen or Alli to be benched. Aguero and Sane to start with Jesus benched.
